Tina Paterson
Associate Principal, Business Advisory & HR Consultancy
Tina joined WHK Wellington in March 2008 as our Human Resources Manager. She has been part of our firm leadership team and has contributed to our strategic and business planning.
As well as managing HR for Wellington, Tina has also been involved in a number of WHK Group HR projects. She was part of the core project team that developed our integrated HR & payroll system, and our career development and performance management frameworks. As WHK Group has over 3,000 employees these were significant initiatives. She has also been the HR expert and has overseen the change management aspects of an NZ-wide re-organisation project.
Tina's experience prior to WHK was diverse, with early experience in HR and payroll, then accounting, before moving into recruitment in 1998. Tina was a Business Manager within the recruitment industry for a number of years and gained extensive knowledge of all areas of that business, and excelled at building great teams of consultants and achieving targets.
Effective 1 September 2011, Tina became an Associate Principal with a focus on helping clients grow their businesses and HR Consulting. Tina continues to be involved with WHK Group HR and change management projects.
