Haydn Hughes

Haydn is a recent recruit to WHK and brings a wealth of knowledge with him gained from many years working in the chartered accountancy and commercial sectors. For the past 12 years Haydn has operated his own consultancy practice delivering specialist services to a wide range of clients. He has particular expertise in the structuring of commercial transactions, preparing business case for acquisitions and restructurings, due diligence, corporate governance and internal systems and controls. Haydn's industry expertise is diverse, with clients in agri-business, infrastructure, manufacturing, investment trusts and local government.

Haydn is passionate about business and sees his role as adding value to clients by providing sound, practical commercial advice
