Bruce joined WHK in 1994 after 10 years as a Wellington based Partner with one of the "Big Four" firms. He also has extensive international experience gained primarily in the UK and Canada.
He has developed a specialisation in business mergers, acquisitions and corporate restructuring.
Bruce's wide experience in valuations and due diligence work is often utilised by WHK clients when buying or selling businesses.
Bruce also provides ongoing commercial advice to a variety of clients at a senior level.
