Kicking of the programme are our Business Planning workshops. These are designed to help you get the planning for your business well and truly underway. Details as follows:

Workshop 1:

• Understanding the Business Planning process
• Developing the vision and leadership for the business

Workshop 2:

• Internal and external analysis (SWOT type analysis)

Workshop 3:

• Developing and selecting strategy

WHAT: 3 sessions of 2 hours each over 6 weeks
WHEN: 15 February, 29 February and 14 March

INVESTMENT: $720 + GST (for 3 workshops).  We will endeavour to get all participants registered for the 50 / 50 NZTE* funding bringing the cost to you down to $360 + GST.
