Michael has been with the firmn since 1993 and was appointed audit principal in 2005.

 
Specialising in both internal and external audit from small clubs through to large public companies and government entities, Michael also deals with contract compliance audits, contract and business efficiency reviews, and corporate governance.

Ensuring contracts achieve commercial outcomes for clients are the key part of Michael's work in contract reviews.

He has extensive experience in all facets of conducting an audit from the planning stages through to the compilation of speciificaly tailored audit programmes.

Michael is a founding member of WHK's audit and advisory group, which sets out audit policy and audit standard compliance within WHK Australasian member firms. Michael is a high risk audit reviewer and conducts peer reviews throughout New Zealand and Austrailia.
