 Our New WHK House, 173 Spey Street, Invercargill can offer you all the requirements you need for a small to large meetings, functions, video conferences or  Business after 5 functions.

We have nine meeting rooms which have been designed to hold small meetings (for 4 people). We can also provide for a larger group if necessary by combining two meeting rooms, in addition to three board rooms  which can cater for over 50 people (depending on seating arrangements).

The  three boardrooms have separate projector screens, tv screens and white boards - all rooms are sound-proofed when divided, or alternatively may be opened up to one large room. We also offer phone and video conferencing in our boardrooms - enquire about the cost from our reception desk.

Our training rooms can also be hired,  this room can etiher be divided or opened up and  has a projector.

Catering requirements can also be arranged for your meetings or functions.
