Pat has been with WHK and its predecessors for 43 years.  A practicing certified accountant for 39 years, Pat originally joined McCulloch Butler & Spence in Wairoa in 1966 and has practised in Central Hawke's Bay for all but the first 4 years.

A Director of Coffey Davidson Ltd, Pat became a Principal when Coffey Davidson merged with WHK Ltd and is now working on a consulting basis with the firm.

Pat specialises in farm accounting and taxation, trusts and succession planning and provides expertise to farming clients. He helps his clients through tax efficiency and effective estate planning and succession arrangements.

Pat has wide community involvement in Hawke's Bay.  Present community involvement includes Chairmanship of Central Hawke's Bay Power Consumers' Trust; Chairmanship of Central Hawke's Bay Community Trust and Deputy Chairmanship of Infracon Ltd (a LATE involved in roading maintenance and construction and other infrastructural services throughout Hawke's Bay). These roles assist in maintaining his profile in the Central Hawke's Bay community.

Pat believes that working with WHK provides a wealth of knowledge and experience to assist in providing accurate solutions for clients.  He is a member of the NZ Institute of Chartered Accountants.
