15 February 2012 - Workshop 1:

• Understanding the Business Planning process 
• Developing the vision and leadership for your business
  

29 February 2012 - Workshop 2: 

• Internal and external analysis (SWOT type analysis)
  

14 March 2012 - Workshop 3:

• Developing and selecting the strategy

The cost of the 3 workshops is $720 + GST. However we will endeavour to get all participants registered for the 50 / 50 NZTE funding bring the cost to you down to $360 + GST.
