Effective KPI (Key Perfomance Indicators) is the process of setting financial goals to ensure you have a profitable and sustainable business from a cashflow and profitability perspective. The workshop will give business people practical tools and techniques to develop effective KPI’s for there business.

- How to Establish KPI’s for your business
- How to Monitor your KPI’s to ensure you achieve these.
