Wendy is a Chartered Accountant and has recently started with the firm after making the move from Christchurch where she was employed as a Senior Tax Manager. Wendy's career began in Wellington where she spent time working for a large international accounting firm and the New Zealand Treasury as a Tax Policy Analyst. Wendy then moved on to broaden her commercial horizons in the retail and investment banking industries in Australia and the UK before returning to New Zealand.

Wendy has over ten years' experience working in many areas of tax law, including international tax and investment issues, GST, land tax, IRD audits, and structuring.

Wendy has a strong understanding of tax law and has presented many technical training sessions to clients, industry groups, banks, lawyers and the University of Canterbury.
