End of Year Procedures - Computerised Systems
Please complete the following end of year procedures before submitting your year end information or completing the relevant annual questionnaires.
Annual Questionnaire - Business
If you are in a business complete this questionnaire. A questionnaire for each business or business entity that you own needs to be completed.
Annual Questionnare - Personal
If you have personal income complete this questionnaire. One should be completed for each individual you wish us to prepare a tax return for. This also covers rebates and Family Assistance entitlements.
If you have a trust complete this questionnaire.
We will contact you when we require your financial information.
Annual Questionnaire - Primary Industry - (Farming)
If you have a farm, you should complete the attached form.
Annual Questionnaire - Rental Property
If you have a rental or mulitple rental properties, please complete this form.
Please ensure the appropriate questionnaires are completed, signed and filed in the front of your financial information.
