Vivian joined WHK Auckland as Principal of the Corporate Recovery team in January 2011. She has over 25 years insolvency experience and is recognised as a leading insolvency practitioner in New Zealand having been involved in a large number of high profile matters.

Prior to joining WHK, Vivian led the Auckland liquidation practice at PricewaterhouseCoopers for many years. Vivian has held a range of senior roles in the Ministry of Justice and the Australian Securities and Investment Commission (ASIC). Vivian has been appointed liquidator/receiver of over 2000 companies and has extensive experience in strategic decision making and planning in liquidations, receiverships, compromises, bankruptcies and high profile statutory managements.
