Martin joined WHK in 1993 and has served as a Principal since 1995.

Originally a science graduate in molecular biology, Martin spent five years working in research establishments before obtaining his commerce degree in 1989.

Martin's area of specialty lies in business improvement and management consulting, as well as taxation, strategic planning and structuring advice.  He is closely involved with the fashion, manufacturing, property development, franchise and construction industries.

Martin works to help clients improve the value and performance of their business through strategies in structuring, planning and financial analysis.  With over 20 years' experience he also provides expert advice on valuation matters for acquisitions, dispute resolution and shareholder agreements.
