Janet joined WHK Auckland as Associate Principal in the Corporate Recovery team in February 2011. Janet has a strong background in insolvency through her experience at PricewaterhouseCoopers and her role as a solicitor advising on complex debt matters in the Return and Debt Collection area of the Inland Revenue Department.

Janet has extensive experience managing insolvent and trading liquidations, conducting investigations and recovering assets. Janet is a qualified lawyer and has initiated and managed a range of legal claims and provided advice on legal and management strategies.

Janet is a member of the Auckland District Law Society, the New Zealand Credit and Finance Institute and INSOL New Zealand.
