詹先生于税收架构及顾问领域拥有超过20年经验，于中国 、香港及纽约等地从事税务工作超过8年。詹先生对亚洲文化有深刻的的了解，多年于亚洲的生活体验亦令他深谙建立长期合作关系 、进行协议及经商于亚洲的窍门。

詹先生曾于中国及香港领导亚太地区税务工作超过五年，为投资于香港及中国的客户及当地投资者执行跨国税务工作及提供有关的规例审计及其他商业建议。

他曾协助多家新西兰及澳大利亚的企业进入香港 、中国及其他亚洲市场，又曾为国际税务刊物就投资于亚太地区之道及与税务法规撰稿。

安徳鲁先生(Andrew Sayers)特别专著于亚洲市场，他率先在WHK组建了亚洲商业服务部。他同时也是WHK进出口专家顾问团主要成员。他为外资入纽和纽资外投的各种投资项目提供战略性的顾问服务。

安徳鲁先生独著并合著了多部国际性专业书刊。其中包括CCH国际税务规划手册，CCH国际税收指南，新西兰进出口贸易手册和亚洲太平洋地区税务杂志等刊物。他多次为新西兰贸易发展局的培训课程担任高级讲师。他的培训成功地帮助新西兰的雇主和经理人提升了他们的国际贸易上的操作能力。

在2007年加入WHK之前，安徳鲁先生曾在普华永道的企业税务部任职高级管理８年, 同时担任新西兰一家农业研究集团的高级税务经理。

安德鲁先生持有商用飞机驾驶执照，并曾代表新西兰参加国际空手道赛事。
